Whistleblower: It is illegal for an employer to retaliate or terminate an employee whom has disclosed or threatened to disclose an activity of the company that is a violation of the law, rules or regulation of the government or licensing agency, etc. If your employer is overcharging or charging the government for services not rendered, you may also have a potential case. As always, it is best to consult with an attorney even before putting the company on notice but in any event, consult with a labor and employment attorney whom can protect your case and job.
